I've been amazed by the accuracy of the transcriptions we've received from Points West. We, like many industries, have our own language that would baffle the casual listener, and on top of that, many of the topics we deal with are esoteric in nature, but somehow Shelley and her team seem to nail it every time. We've spent virtually no time correcting the transcripts, which, after using other transcription services, has been an absolute delight. And the turnaround is always incredibly quick. I have no hesitation recommending Points West highly.
